About the event
The SCTE Buckeye State Chapter is bringing Generational Leadership Training to three Ohio cities this October, with support from Spectrum. Each session runs 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and is led by industry advocate Dan Levac.
Today's field crews, technicians, and management teams often span four generations working side by side. That mix brings real strengths, and it also brings friction — different expectations around feedback, communication, and how work gets done. Dan's session focuses on the practical side of leading across those differences: reading what motivates the people on your team, adjusting how you communicate, and building crews that hold together through turnover and change.
The format is built for working professionals. You'll get the training, a free BBQ lunch, and time to connect with telecom and broadband peers from across the state. Three door prizes will be given away at each session, open to Buckeye Chapter members. If…
